We are looking for a motivated and analytical Commercial Excellence Intern to join our team in Vietnam. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in commercial analytics within the pharmaceutical industry, with a key focus on developing dashboards and generating insights to improve Field Force (FF) effectiveness and efficiency.

The intern will work closely with the Commercial Excellence team and commercial stakeholders to transform data into meaningful insights that support business decisions and field force performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of commercial performance dashboards to monitor Field Force activities, effectiveness, and efficiency.
• Collect, consolidate, clean, and analyze commercial and field force data from relevant data sources.
• Develop clear visualizations and reports to help stakeholders identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Support analysis of key Field Force performance indicators, such as customer coverage, call/activity performance, targeting and segmentation, and sales performance.
• Assist the Commercial Excellence team in preparing regular performance reports and business insights for commercial stakeholders.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and continuously improve dashboard usability and effectiveness.
• Support other Commercial Excellence projects and ad-hoc data analysis as required.

Minimum Requirements

• Final-year student pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an economics or business-related university, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfortable working with data.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools would be an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and ability to translate data into clear and practical insights.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Good command of English and Vietnamese.
• Interest in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry and commercial analytics is preferred.
