Liberty University’s Department of Family & Consumer Sciences invites applications for an adjunct professor in its Event Planning and Professional & Creative Industries Bachelor of Science programs. These programs are growing quickly, and the department seeks an individual who is passionate about teaching event planning and career courses. Requirements:

• Master’s degree with at least 18 graduate credit hours in event management, hospitality, business, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience working in the events and creative industries
• Strong commitment to teaching and mentoring undergraduate students

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s or terminal degree in meeting and event management or a related field
• Previous teaching experience in higher education or extensive professional experience in the field
