About this Collaborative Registered Nurse - Glenbrook Kellogg Cancer Center - Days role at Endeavor Health
Hourly Pay Range:
$40.45 - $62.70 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Position Highlights:
- Position: Collaborative Registered Nurse, Oncology
- Location: Glenbrook Hospital/Glenbrook Kellogg Cancer Center - Glenview, IL
- Full Time | 40 hours/week
- Hours: Monday - Friday: 8am - 4:30pm, no weekends or holidays.
- Required Travel: May float to Evanston and Highland Park Kellogg Cancer Centers, as needed.
What you will do:
- Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit
- Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
- Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
- Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
- Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
What you will need:
- Licensure: Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure, required.
- Education: Associate's in Nursing, required. Bachelor's in Nursing, strongly preferred
- Certification: Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association, required. OCN/ONS provider card preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Oncology Outpatient Infusion Center experience required; If no oncology experience, ED, ICU, PACU experience highly preferred.
