About this Cold Caller - Home Care role at Global Pacific Support
Global Pacific Support is looking for an experienced, empathetic, and results-driven Cold Caller to support private-pay home care client acquisition in Maryland.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident speaking with adult children, family caregivers, seniors, and healthcare professionals and can turn conversations into meaningful opportunities for home care services.
The Role
As a Cold Caller, you will connect with prospective private-pay clients and their families, understand their care needs, educate them about available services, and help identify qualified opportunities for our home care team.
You will primarily focus on:
- Howard County, Maryland
- Montgomery County, Maryland
- Baltimore County, Maryland
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional B2C cold calls to prospective clients and families.
- Speak confidently and compassionately with adult children, family caregivers, and elderly clients.
- Identify potential home care needs and qualify prospects based on their situation, timeline, and care requirements.
- Educate prospects about services such as home care, CNA support, medication assistance, companionship, and nursing-related care coordination.
- Use a consultative selling approach rather than high-pressure sales tactics.
- Build rapport with prospects and establish trust during initial conversations.
- Maintain accurate call notes, prospect information, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Follow up consistently with qualified prospects and help move opportunities through the sales process.
- Where applicable, support relationship-building with physicians, clinics, discharge planners, and other healthcare providers who may generate referrals.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in B2C cold calling, appointment setting, lead generation, or consultative sales.
- Healthcare, home care, senior care, medical services, insurance, or a related industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience communicating with seniors, adult children, family caregivers, or individuals making care decisions for loved ones.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong empathy, patience, professionalism, and relationship-building ability.
- Ability to explain healthcare or home care services clearly to people who may be unfamiliar with their options.
- Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills.
- Familiarity with U.S. demographics, consumer behavior, and private-pay healthcare markets.
- Understanding of affluent U.S. communities and the ability to communicate appropriately with private-pay prospects and families.
- Healthcare referral or provider relationship experience is a strong advantage.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable working toward measurable calling and lead-generation goals.
