Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Operate CNC lathes (customized Emco machines with Siemens control) to ensure efficient and effective production.
• Programming and Setup: Independently program using specialized CNC software for seal production and set up machines, ensuring accuracy and precision.
• Process Management: Oversee the entire production process from programming to the final workpiece, focusing on express and prototype production.
• Production: Handle single and series production, primarily small series and special seals.
• Documentation: Create and maintain process and quality documentation to ensure compliance and professionalism.

• Process Improvement: Support process engineers in developing production processes and propose continuous improvements.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Completed vocational training, such as cutting machine operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification.
• Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in the machining of thermoplastics and elastomers.

• Language Proficiency: Proficient knowledge of the German language, both spoken and written.
