Since 1989, Lakeland Manufacturing has been producing precision machined components for customers across a variety of industries. We are looking for individuals with machining or manufacturing experience who take pride in producing quality work. If you are an experienced CNC skilled Machine Operator looking to grow your career, we want to hear from you.

Compensation

$20.00 - $29.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills.

What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC lathes, mills, or other manufacturing equipment.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Experience using precision measuring tools including calipers and micrometers.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Commitment to quality, accuracy, and safety.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

• Ability to work safely around moving machinery and production equipment.
