Role: CMMS Consultant
Role Purpose:
We are seeking a CMMS Consultant to support asset management, maintenance planning, and master data governance across complex operational environments. The role works closely with business and technical stakeholders to maintain the quality and integrity of asset and maintenance data, support CMMS processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and asset performance.
Minimum Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
- Master’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, Business, Asset Management, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years' experience in asset management, maintenance planning, reliability, or enterprise asset management environments.
- Experience working with CMMS/EAM platforms such as SAP, SAP Ariba, SAP PM, Maximo, or similar asset management systems.
- Strong understanding of asset master data governance, maintenance processes, and operational workflows.
- Experience analysing business requirements and translating them into process and system improvements.
- Ability to engage effectively with operations, maintenance, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting continuous improvement, data quality, and process optimisation initiatives.
- Knowledge of asset-intensive industries such as Energy, Resources, Utilities, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing is desirable.
