Project Role Description : Select and deploy appropriate cloud-native tools to accelerate application development. Knowledge of the target cloud-native tools is necessary, and this role can specialize in one specific native cloud, ex. Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.

Good to have skills : Python (Programming Language), Node.js, Java (Programming Language)

Summary:
As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating and implementing cloud-native tools that best support and expedite the development of applications. This role requires making informed decisions about the selection and deployment of these tools to ensure seamless integration within the cloud environment. The engineer collaborates with various teams to align cloud solutions with project goals, continuously optimizing the platform to enhance performance and scalability. The position demands a proactive approach to managing cloud resources and adapting to evolving technologies to maintain an efficient and robust cloud infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of cloud-native tools to support application development.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster continuous improvement.
- Monitor cloud platform performance and implement enhancements to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java, Python (Programming Language), Node.js.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and deployment models.
- Experience with automation and orchestration tools within cloud environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues.
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements in cloud platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
