Role Title: Clio Specialist

micro1 is engaging Clio Specialists to support a customer project focused on completing and documenting real-world workflows within Clio. In this role, you’ll use your hands-on Clio experience to complete realistic legal practice management workflows and contribute high-quality interaction data that supports the development of next-generation AI systems.

Scope of Work

1. Complete assigned workflows and tasks within Clio using your practical legal operations or practice management experience.
2. Navigate Clio features related to matters, clients, contacts, tasks, documents, calendars, time tracking, and billing.
3. Complete common legal practice workflows based on provided instructions.
4. Create, update, and manage matters, client information, tasks, documents, and other records within Clio.
5. Record your screen while completing assigned workflows and clearly demonstrate the steps taken.
6. Create realistic prompts and detailed rubrics based on completed workflows.
7. Document workflow steps and clearly explain the Clio tools, features, and actions used.
8. Review completed tasks for accuracy and alignment with project guidelines.
9. Follow project instructions and quality standards while working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Strong hands-on experience using Clio in a legal, law firm, or legal operations environment.
2. Prior Human Data experience, such as data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or similar work.
3. Current access to Clio and ability to use the platform independently.
4. Comfortable recording and sharing your screen while completing Clio workflows.
5. Experience with case/matter management, client management, document management, legal tasks, time tracking, or billing.
6. Background in legal operations, legal assistance, paralegal work, law firm administration, or legal technology is preferred.
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to clearly explain workflows and processes.
