BAYADA HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager for our Long Island Nassau Assistive Care office in Garden City, NY. This office provides compassionate, high-quality personal care and support to clients throughout Nassau County, helping them remain safely and comfortably at home.

As a Clinical Manager, you’ll lead and support field staff, provide clinical oversight, strengthen client relationships, and help ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery throughout the community.
Responsibilities for a Clinical Manager

Lead, inspire, and support Home Health Aides and other field staff in delivering exceptional care.

Visit clients throughout Nassau County and conduct assessments and supervisory visits.

Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation.

Monitor client needs, service delivery, and changes in condition.

Supervise, mentor, and coach caregivers in the field.

Facilitate orientation for newly hired staff.

Conduct competency assessments for new and tenured employees.

Partner with families, caregivers, referral sources, and office leadership to support continuity of care.

Promote compliance with BAYADA policies, applicable regulations, and documentation standards.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and help resolve client or employee concerns.

Model The BAYADA Way through compassionate leadership, clear communication, and dependable follow-through.
Qualifications for a Clinical Manager

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in New York.

Minimum of two years of RN experience.

Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Home care, personal care, or community-based healthcare experience preferred.

Strong clinical assessment, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to build trusting relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and colleagues.

Passion for supporting clients’ independence, dignity, and quality of life at home.

Ability to travel throughout Nassau County for client visits and community engagement.
