Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Clinic/Practice Assistant to support the practice onsite, Monday through Friday. We are open to this employee working 8:30am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm. This role serves as the face of our medical group and plays a key role in managing the patient experience on the reception/administrative support side. We are looking for well-rounded customer service professionals who can multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a high-volume outpatient setting!This position will be a float Clinic/Practice Assistant, working in both our Amherst and Hatfield offices. Our philosophy is that if a new hire has strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for patient care, everything else can be taught so we are happy to teach and train!

Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of six (6) months reception or customer service experience required, preferably in a health care setting

- Familiarity with insurance payers
- Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology
- Bilingual Spanish/English
