The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Client Solutions Manager to own customer implementations from the first welcome through go-live and handoff to Support. You’ll act as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their goals, helping solve challenges, and bringing together the right people and resources to keep each implementation moving successfully. You’ll combine strong project ownership with thoughtful client guidance, aking sure customers feel supported and confident throughout the process.
Location: United States (remote), with the opportunity to work hybrid if you’re based around White Plains.
The salary range for this role is $70,000–77,000 USD per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills.
What You’ll Own
Lead client implementations end to end
- Manage multiple client projects from kickoff through go-live and handoff.
- Build and maintain clear plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and risks.
- Keep projects moving through regular follow-up and proactive issue resolution.
Be the client’s main point of contact
- Lead weekly client meetings and maintain clear, professional communication throughout the engagement.
- Understand each client’s workflows, goals, and requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Coordinate configuration, document collaboration, testing, training, feedback, and go-live preparation.
Connect clients with the right WeSuite resources
- Coordinate across Professional Services, Support, Sales, Product, QA, Development, and technical specialists.
- Bring in technical resources when needed while continuing to own the overall client relationship.
- Support pre-sales conversations by helping scope projects, estimate service needs, and provide implementation expertise.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience managing software implementations, Professional Services projects, Project Management, or similar client-facing technology initiatives.
- Strong project management skills and experience managing several priorities and stakeholders at once.
- A proactive mindset: you follow up, identify problems early, and take action without waiting for direction.
- Strong client communication, presentation, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Enough technical curiosity to troubleshoot issues independently and learn complex software.
- Comfortable using AI tools to research, analyze information, document work, automate and solve problems.
Strongly Preferred
- Experience with enterprise software or SaaS.
- Experience with Monday.com or similar project-management tools.
- SQL or data-analysis experience.
Why WeSuite?
- Own the full client journey: You’ll have clear responsibility for engagements from kickoff through successful delivery.
- Make a visible impact: WeSuite is a small team, so your initiative and ideas can directly improve how projects are delivered.
- Work closely across the business: You’ll collaborate directly with clients, Sales, Product, Support, and technical teams.
- Improve how the team works: You’ll have room to challenge existing processes and introduce better tools, automation, and ways of working.
