The Client Services Specialist I, Client Implementation will manage and coordinate the implementation of comprehensive and complex Fund Administration and Depositary Services (“services”) to new and existing clients.  This individual will be responsible for working closely with the Client, the Sales organization, Operations, Solutions and the Relationship Manager to enhance the satisfaction of our clients through timely and accurate implementations.


What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with the Onboarding team manager to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for Clients and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain a current portfolio of client implementations, monitoring requests to ensure aged items are escalated timely
  • Prepare and maintain a comprehensive project plan outlining all project deliverables, milestones and resources
  • Identify and lead appropriate business partners (i.e., legal, AML, solutions , ops, technology,  sales) to ensure timely launch/onboarding of new business to SEI
  • Conduct regular launch meetings to ensure adherence to project plan and milestones
  • Provide verbal and written status updates to clients and business partners
  • Serve as a point of escalation on behalf of the client to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Work with vendors when applicable for third party services

 

What you will bring to the table:

  • A minimum of 3 to 4  years fund or financial services experience
  • Fund Services – Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Middle Office, Custody  experience/knowledge required
  • A college degree
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Understand the theoretical and technical nature of fund administration
  • Working knowledge of fund administration systems
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel & Word
  • Knowledge of fund structures
  • Knowledge of shareholder servicing and fund accounting requirements
  • Operations and customer service experience a plus 
  • Project Management Certifications a plus
