Client Services Manager – Home Health
BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our Berks County Visits Office, located in Wyomissing, PA.

As a Client Services Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating high-quality home care, developing relationships in the community, and helping grow and manage your office's caseload.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate client services and address emergent scheduling needs.
- Manage and proactively grow your caseload.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support quality home care delivery.
- Partner with Clinical Managers to support and supervise field employees.
- Develop strong, collaborative relationships with your office and field teams.
- Monitor key business metrics, including admissions, Medicare percentage, and referral outcomes.
- Support the overall growth and success of the Berks County office.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior healthcare, medical office, or home care experience preferred.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience a plus.
- Demonstrated success taking on increased responsibility and achieving goals.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ambition to grow and advance within BAYADA.
