In accordance with Truist in-office expectations, this role will be in office 5 days/week.

The Senior Business Execution Analyst serves as an internal consultant and independently owns the execution of complex business workstreams, operating routines, and priority initiatives with a focus on data and insights for the Enterprise Client Migrations team. This role is accountable for translating direction into delivered outputs by managing dependencies, producing leader-ready materials, and ensuring work moves from intake through completion. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Senior Analyst serves as a reliable execution leader for defined areas of work—coordinating across functions, resolving issues, and maintaining execution discipline.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly in the data to turn client-level data into clear insights that drive leadership decisions.

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.  Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below.  Specific activities may change from time to time.
1.    Independently manage and execute complex workstreams or recurring business processes, owning delivery from problem definition and intake through completion.
2.    Translate business priorities into concrete execution plans, deliverables, timelines, and tracking mechanisms.
3.    Develop high‑quality analyses, dashboards, reporting (e.g. Power BI, Tableau), and decision-support materials for leadership decision‑making and governance forums.
4.    Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and issues across cross‑functional partners, driving resolution and escalation as needed.
5.    Coordinate execution across Product, Digital, Technology, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Finance, and other partners to ensure alignment and follow‑through.
6.    Support or lead testing, launch readiness, validation, data reconciliation, or post‑implementation review activities for initiatives, enhancements, or process changes.
7.    Maintain execution artifacts, documentation, and controls that enable consistent delivery and operational rigor.

8.    Craft compelling narratives and executive-ready presentations for leadership forums. Simplify complex data into clear, visual storytelling that educates and influences.
9.    Identify execution gaps, operational risks, data quality issues, inefficiencies, and emerging business challenges; develop practical recommendations and drive improvements to strengthen outcomes.

10.  Serve as a point of reference for less experienced analysts by sharing best practices, reviewing work products, and supporting capability development, without formal people‑management responsibility.

11. Partner with technology and data platform teams on data requirements and enhancements that support scalable, repeatable reporting and automation

12. Write, maintain, and optimize SQL queries to identify, segment and validate client level information based on defined business rules

13. Serve as the subject matter expert on how client data flows from source system to reporting and create/maintain formal documentation

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
1.    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and related training;
2.    5 years of experience in business execution, operations, analytics, program delivery, consulting, or related roles;
3.    Demonstrated ability to independently own and deliver complex work with limited oversight;
4.    Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and synthesis skills, with the ability to turn ambiguity into structured outputs;
5.    Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple functional teams;
6.    Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products;
7.    Ability to travel, occasionally overnight.
