Areas of responsibility:

• You will be the first point of contact for customers and partners in Switzerland.
• You will process claims documentation and act as the interface with our insurance partners.
• You will review and verify repair cost estimates related to accident damage.
• You will handle roadside assistance cases both domestically and internationally in cooperation with our assistance partners and ensure mobility for our customers.
• You will monitor invoice verification and posting.
• You will clarify outstanding claim payments with insurance companies.

Job Requirements:

• Fluent German (minimum B2/C1 level) and good English communication skills.
• Previous experience in claims processing, insurance, customer service, leasing, or administrative operations is an advantage.
• Experience in the automotive or insurance industry is an advantage.
• You possess strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
• You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner and are a team player.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
