The Insurance Claims Executive will work within the AVIS Claims Insurance Department. The position combines claims settlement, communication with customers and third parties involved in vehicle accidents, and coordination with insurance companies on risk placement and claims matters.

Requirements

🎯 Your Mission:

• Managing end-to-end communication and claims settlement with customers, third parties, and insurance companies.
• Maintaining efficient reports concerning company accidents and claims.
• Placing and following up on company insurance policies, including motor, property, and liability.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders such as LTR, RAC, and the Legal Department.
• Assigning litigated claims to law firms and monitoring their progress.
• Managing processes involving total-loss and stolen vehicles.

🌟 What Spells Success: Your Qualifications:

• A degree in Insurance, Economics, Business Administration, or a relevant field is appreciated.
• 2 years of experience in risk placement or claims handling within the insurance or leasing sectors.
• Working knowledge of spoken and written English is required.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications is expected.
• Strong communication skills, customer-service orientation, and attention to detail are important for the role.
