Lead our civils teams and help us deliver quality work across Aberdeen & Dundee.

As a Civils Supervisor, you'll take ownership of the safe, efficient and compliant delivery of civils activity across your teams and sites. You'll coordinate work, support and lead our civils teams, keep a close eye on safety and quality, and make sure issues are dealt with quickly so we're delivering right first time.

What does a day look like?

• Planning and coordinating civils work across multiple teams and sites
• Allocating labour, plant, materials and workloads to keep delivery on track
• Leading, developing and supporting the civils teams
• Reviewing job packs, surveys, safe dig information, permits, traffic management and noticing requirements
• Carrying out site visits, inspections and quality checks
• Making sure excavation work and blockage clearance meet the required standards
• Working closely with SHEQ, installation teams, contractors, councils and other stakeholders to resolve issues
• Overseeing vehicles, tools, plant, equipment and materials across your teams 

What we're looking for

• Supervisory experience within civils, telecoms, utilities, construction or a similar operational environment
• Practical knowledge of excavation, ducting, reinstatement, blockage clearance and traffic management
• Confidence managing performance and coaching teams to achieve delivery standards 
• Experience with job packs, safe dig information, permits and noticing requirements
• NRSWA Supervisor accreditation and relevant operative units
• Full UK driving licence
• SSSTS or equivalent site safety qualification
