We are currently seeking a Project manager / Business Analyst for CityBee & MyBee.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Analise business requirements, processes, suggest solutions and prepare project plans
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and communicate projects flow, status, problems and possible solutions
• Create and maintain the product backlog. Ensure that the development team understands and implements the requirements effectively 
• Engage with customers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and ensure product alignment with market demands 
• Collaborate with developers and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of product features 
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and define KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement. 

Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager, Product Analyst
• Be familiar with and have experience in agile project management
• Familiarity with product development and hands-on experience in analyzing product features
• Capability to grasp complex technical concepts and articulate them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
• Good communication skills and demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, marketing, and business professionals
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with effective planning skills
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Salary: From 3300 - 5780 Eur gross. Specific amount will be offered based on your work experience and competencies.
