About the job:
TAO Overview & Core Functions
The Transformation and Acceleration Office (TAO) has been established to coordinate, prioritize, and drive strategic initiatives across Asia. Our mission is to ensure that our global strategic ambition translates into tangible, efficient, and profitable realities in the region. Operating under an agile governance model based on ad-hoc monographic sessions rather than rigid committees, the TAO focuses on four priority projects:
Streamlining Onboarding: Optimizing the end-to-end client onboarding workflow in key markets (Singapore, Taiwan, Japan).
PFS Generation Process: Analyzing and standardizing roles, responsibilities, and turnaround times via a Singapore pilot.
Originate to Distribute (OtD): Capitalizing on regional growth by exploring OtD opportunities beyond Syndication, including Global Markets and GTB, applying this to both new deal flows and existing stock.
Security Agency: Aligning operational approaches with Legal and IBF teams to establish a cohesive framework.
Resource Requirements for Execution
To successfully execute this ambitious agenda and ensure close tracking through our AI-integrated performance dashboards, we need to reinforce the TAO team. We are looking to hire profile to support the execution of these priority projects.
Role Objective
This role will be instrumental in executing operational and efficiency-driven projects, particularly focusing on the "Run the Bank" initiatives (Onboarding, PFS Generation) and the structural alignment of the Security Agency.
