At Broadridge, we've built a culture where the highest goal is to empower others to accomplish more. If you’re passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team.

Broadridge is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to play a critical leadership role in accelerating the growth of our International business. Reporting to the CFO of GTO and BR International, this leader will partner closely with the President of Broadridge International and the broader leadership team to shape strategy, optimize investments, improve profitability, and deliver high-quality planning and analytics support across the business. This role also carries fiduciary responsibilities across approximately 40 Broadridge entities in EMEA and APAC.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the CFO-level strategic finance partner to the Head of International and leadership team, providing clear, high-impact advice and constructive challenge, while translating financial and operational data into insights that support decisions on growth, investment, profitability, and risk.
  • Lead international FP&A activities, including forecasting, operating plans, strategic plans, performance analysis, and clear explanations of business results; establish and lead best-in-class processes for planning and forecasting revenue, capital, and headcount needs.
  • Develop short- and long-term financial and strategic plans by evaluating sales performance, organic growth, industry trends, pending regulations, revenue opportunities, and product performance and mix; establish key operating metrics and assess levers to improve efficiency and profitability in an evolving organization.
  • Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances; lead international investment optimization, product profitability initiatives, contract negotiation, pricing, and planning.
  • Assess international growth opportunities, acquisitions, and other investments by evaluating business cases, assumptions, achievability, and risks; partner with due diligence teams, support integration efforts, and provide broader decision support with particular emphasis on M&A.
  • Lead finance transformation initiatives to strengthen planning, reporting, metrics, profitability analysis, and world-class operational excellence across the Finance function; ensure International requirements are reflected in Project ICON strategy.
  • Build strong partnerships across a complex matrix organization, including collaboration with US stakeholders, Controllership, Sales, Business, Treasury, Legal, Procurement, Facilities, and the International COO; enhance pricing and deal methodologies, support deal structuring and end-client negotiations, and apply external and industry benchmarks to evaluate business decisions.
  • Lead and develop a geographically distributed, high-caliber FP&A team by attracting and developing top talent, addressing individual and team needs, fostering accountability and collaboration, and strengthening the culture of continuous learning;
  • Serve as UK Senior Accounting Officer, engage with HMRC as needed, approve financial statements, audit-related, tax, transfer pricing, and other statutory filings, sign UK client and supplier contracts, and approve capital expenditure and leases as applicable.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of professional experience including senior FP&A or business finance leadership with CFO-level strategic scope, and a consistent record of high performance across financial, strategic, and operational leadership responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated success in a large, complex, matrixed organization, with the ability to partner with senior executives, boards of directors, and stakeholders across functions and geographies, including a track record of working effectively with US stakeholders.
  • Strong experience in FP&A, P&L management, forecasting, strategic planning, financial analysis, corporate planning, business unit finance, strategy, and operations, with deep understanding of finance data flows and tools.
  • Experience evaluating acquisitions, investments, and other complex business cases, including advising on risks, due diligence, integration considerations, and defining new business opportunities.
  • Strong knowledge of US and international GAAP, corporate, sales, and withholding taxes, transfer pricing requirements across EMEA and APAC, and multicurrency environments, including partnering with Sales, Business, and Treasury to reduce international FX exposure.
  • Financial services or fintech experience preferred, including deep knowledge of capital markets, wealth, and investment management marketplace dynamics; experience within a large US company and a relevant finance qualification are beneficial.
  • Strong executive presence and outstanding communication skills, with the ability to explain financial matters clearly, break down complex ideas into understandable and impactful messages, and constructively challenge decisions with confidence and credibility.
  • Highly collaborative and people-focused leadership style with experience leading global teams across the Americas, Europe, and Asia; proven ability to attract, develop, and mentor talent, drive transformation, balance attention to detail with tight deadlines, set bold goals, deliver strong client service, build consensus, and translate strategic vision into clear priorities and results.
