Currently, we are looking for a CEO for Nicegram to lead the company’s expansion in the US.

Nicegram is an international tech company building products around messaging, AI, and the Telegram ecosystem. Its core B2C product has reached 50M+ installs worldwide, with the US being one of the company’s key markets.

Now, Nicegram is expanding its product ecosystem and launching a new B2B direction — Business OS for Telegram.

What you will do

• Shape and execute Nicegram’s growth strategy in the US.

• Lead the launch and development of the new B2B product in the US market.

• Build relationships with potential customers, technology companies, and strategic partners.

• Develop B2B sales and partnership channels.

• Personally participate in outreach, meetings, negotiations, and partnership development.

• Work with CPO and CMO on product positioning, go-to-market, and marketing materials.

• Build relationships with funds, investors, and the US tech ecosystem.

• Take an active role in fundraising and investor communication.

• Prepare and present company and product materials to investors and partners.

• Represent Nicegram at startup and technology conferences and industry events.

• Contribute to strategic decisions across both the existing B2C business and the new B2B direction.

• Build and develop a local US team as the business grows.

• Stay hands-on during the early stage and personally drive key initiatives when needed.
  

What we are looking for

• Senior leadership experience in a tech startup or scale-up.

• Strong understanding of the US market and experience building or scaling a business there.

• Experience with both B2B and B2C products.

• Experience launching new products, markets, or business directions.

• Strong business development and partnership experience.

• Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies.

• Ability to personally work with customers, partners, and external stakeholders.

• Experience owning business, commercial, or P&L metrics.

• Strong cross-functional experience across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.

• Experience building and managing teams.

• Hands-on mindset and ability to operate effectively without a large existing structure.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Based in the USA or ready to be based there.

• Fluent English.
  

Nice to have

• Fundraising experience.

• Experience working with US investors, VC funds, or the startup ecosystem.

• Existing network among technology companies, partners, or investors in the US.

• Experience representing a company at startup and technology conferences.

• Experience launching or scaling a US office or local team.

• Background in SaaS, messaging, communication platforms, AI, or adjacent products.

• Understanding of the Telegram ecosystem.

• Russian or Ukrainian language proficiency.
