Comment vous façonnerez l'avenir du département de pâte à haut rendement:

  • Optimiser et adapter de manière appropriée la structure organisationnelle du département et du personnel.
  • Gère les activités quotidiennes dans le secteur, y compris la planification, les assignations des tâches, la coordination de la maintenance, la qualification et la formation des opérateurs, et le troubleshooting des processus.
  • Maximise la productivité et la fiabilité des équipements pour produire des produits qui répondent
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le service technique pour comprendre et répondre aux spécifications techniques et aux attentes des clients.

Vous serez quelqu'un qui peut apporter:

  • Scolarité : Baccalauréat en génie chimique ou mécanique ou équivalent
  • Expérience : 6 à 9 années d’expérience avec le diplôme universitaire. Au moins 10 années d’expérience sans diplôme universitaire.
  • Bonne capacité à gérer de multiples priorités tout en maintenant une attitude positive et un style de travail flexible

How you’ll shape the future of the High Yield Pulp department:

  • Optimize and adapt as appropriate the organizational structure of the department and staff appropriately.
  • Manages day-to-day activities in the area, including scheduling, work assignments, maintenance coordination, operator qualification and training, and process troubleshooting. 
  • Maximizes the productivity and reliability of equipment to produce product that consistently meet customer requirements.
  • Work closely with the technical department to understand and meet technical specification and customer expectations.

You’ll be someone who can bring:

  • Education: bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience: 6 to 9 years applicable experience with degree. At least 10 years’ experience without degree
  • Good ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and flexible work style.
