Nous recherchons des individus positifs et orientés sur le travail d’équipe pour joindre notre centre de distribution de Dorval. Le \ la chef d'équipe (e) de l'entrepôt passe la moitié de sa journée sur le plancher, exécutant les opérations quotidiennes et agissant comme rôle modèle face aux autres en termes d’atteinte constante aux hauts standards de productivité et de qualité. D’autres priorités importantes impliquent de travailler avec le superviseur des opérations pour assurer la coordination quotidienne et efficace la fluidité des opérations ainsi que d’entraîner les employés nouveaux et existants.

Les heures de travail sont de dimanche à jeudi de 23h à 7h 30

Le taux horaire est de 25,28$/heure + prime de soir 2.25$


Votre contribution à l’organisation:

  • Exécuter les opérations quotidiennes (ramasser, emballer, expédier, etc.) et servir de modèle aux autres en termes de respect ou de dépassement constant des normes de productivité et de qualité
  • Assurer la coordination quotidienne et le déroulement efficace des opérations sur le terrain, en déplaçant les ressources au besoin
  • Aider le superviseur à s'assurer que l'équipe travaille conformément aux politiques de l'entreprise et aux lois applicables
  • Former les employés nouveaux et existants sur toutes les pratiques et procédures de travail
  • Assigner et diriger le travail sur le plancher, répondre aux plaintes et résoudre les problèmes
  • Coaching des employés sur la façon d'améliorer les paramètres de qualité et de productivité
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le personnel de gestion interdépartemental
  • Maintenir une communication ouverte avec les employés, relayer les messages clés et participer aux réunions d'équipe
  • Aider au suivi de la performance de chaque employé pour s'assurer que tous les employés travaillent selon les normes de production, de qualité et de présence
  • Veiller à ce que les employés se conforment en tout temps aux règles de santé et de sécurité

Cet emploi pourrais être pour vous si:

  • Vous possédez des études post secondaires terminées (DEC)
  • Vous avez 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des opérations ou de la distribution
  • Vous avez des compétences éprouvées en leadership
  • Vous aimez travailler avec des ordinateurs (AIMS)
  • Vous avez de bonnes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication
  • Vous aimez résoudre des problèmes et effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois, vous adapter au changement et redéfinir les priorités à court préavis
  • Vous avez une connaissance des méthodologies Lean Six Sigma / amélioration continue (préféré)
  • Vous êtes bilingue *(Anglais et Français à l'oral et à l'écrit)

Cardinal Health, with over 1300 employees in Canada, is an essential link in the Canadian healthcare supply chain, providing over 70,000 products to healthcare facilities and medical professionals across the country.


We are looking for a positive and team-oriented individual to join our Dorval distribution center to support our distribution team. The Team Lead spends half their time on the floor, executing daily operations and acting as a role model to others in terms of consistently reaching high productivity and quality standards. Other important priorities involve working with the Operations Supervisor to ensure the daily coordination and efficient flow of operations on the floor along with training existing and new employees.


Join our Operations team to make an impact by receiving and putting away medical products as well as fulfilling orders while servicing clients in the Health Care industry.


Working hours are Sunday - Thursday from 11:00pm to 7:30am

Hourly rate is $25.28/hour + evening premium 2.25$


Your Contributions to the Organization will be:  

  • Executing daily operations (pick, pack, ship, receive, etc.) and acting as role model to others in terms of consistently meeting or exceeding productivity and quality standards
  • Ensuring the daily coordination and efficient flow of operations on the floor, moving resources as required
  • Assisting the Supervisor to ensure that the team is working in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Training new and existing employees on all work practices and procedures
  • Assigning and directing the work on the floor, responding to complaints and resolving problems
  • Coaching employees on how to improve quality and productivity metrics
  • Working closely with interdepartmental management staff
  • Maintaining an open communication with employees, relaying key messages and participating in team meetings
  • Assisting in tracking each employee's performance to ensure that all employees are working according to production, quality and attendance standards
  • Ensuring that employees comply with health and safety rules at all times

This Job might be for you if: 

  • You possess a post-secondary education completed (DEC)
  • You have 3 years of experience in the operations or distribution field (preferred)
  • You have proven leadership skills
  • You enjoy working with computers (AIMS)
  • You have good interpersonal and communication skills
  • You enjoy problem-solving and multi-tasking, adapting to change and reprioritizing on short notice
  • You have knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Methodologies / Continuous Improvement (preferred)
  • You are fluent in *English and French (written and oral)

*English language skills are essential to communicate, support and provide services to individuals, employees or partners who do not speak French, particularly when they are outside the province of Quebec.
