This position reports to:

• 工作职责：

  1、协助渠道总监/渠道经理，制定ABB的渠道管理政策和渠道合作伙伴认定标准并对渠道合作伙伴进行评估/认证和培训。

  2、根据不同行业不同客户制定渠道激励策略，并与销售制定不同市场的执行计划。

  3、与销售一起确定各合作伙伴的年度关键目标，定期跟踪并反馈进展；

  4、为销售团队提供渠道策略输入，寻找并帮助合作伙伴制定详细的商业计划，推动业务长远发展；

  5、参与渠道合作伙伴的市场活动，了解市场动态及需求，分析及解决合作伙伴反馈的产品/市场/销售等问题。

  任职资格：

  1.本科或研究生学历

  2. 自动化、电气、电力相关等专业背景优先

  3. 对市场分析、渠道合作及销售工作具有热情

  4. 良好的沟通及人际交往能力
