GENERAL DUTIES
Document/Phone call/In-person Translation:
- Treats as confidential, within the treating team, all information obtained via various mediums and sources learned in the performance of their duties following all HIPPA guidelines.
- Strives to render the message accurately, conveying the content and spirit of the original message and maintain impartiality.
- Acts in a professional and ethical manner and treat all parties with respect.
Data Tracking:
- Tracks dates and times of services and keep dashboard of data.
EDUCATION
Candidate must be a graduate from an accredited interpretation program
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Preferred: Certification from the National Board for Certified Medical Interpreters
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Linguistic proficiency in both English and Spanish.
