We are looking for a Central North Island Territory Manager to drive our sales operation across the region. This is a key role in representing some of New Zealand’s top outdoor power equipment brands, building strong relationships with our dealer network, and driving growth across the territory.

You’ll partner with our retail and service dealers, making sure they have the tools, training, and support they need to really drive sales. You’ll also identify, engage, and bring on new dealers to grow our brands’ presence in the region. Keeping our products looking their best is part of the job too, so you’ll work with dealers on merchandising and inventory to make sure everything is well presented for our customers.

This role suits someone who thrives on the road and enjoys working face to face with people. You’ll keep up with industry trends, identify new opportunities, and turn them into real results, always ready to lend a hand and go the extra mile for our customers.

You’ll also represent Steelfort at Field Days and other industry events, so a friendly, confident approach and some good banter along the way will serve you well.

Ideally, you’ll bring solid sales experience, and a background in outdoor power equipment would be a real advantage. You’re self-motivated, great at building relationships, and know how to turn a good conversation into results. That said, if sales isn’t your bread and butter but you’re eager to learn, we’d still love to hear from you.

Based in Palmerston North, this is a full-time, permanent position. Regular regional travel is part of the role, with overnight stays.
