As a Senior Associate in Enterprise Technology Solutions focusing on Oracle Security, you will play a pivotal role in consulting services that validate compliance and enhance security within Oracle applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement security measures, and offer guidance to help clients mitigate risks and protect sensitive data. Within our Risk Consulting practice, you will be instrumental in enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives through optimized operational efficiency.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement security measures within Oracle applications
- Validating compliance with regulatory standards to mitigate risks and protect sensitive data
- Providing guidance and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications
- Developing policies and guidelines to enhance operational efficiency and compliance
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights
- Implementing compliance programs and conducting audits to maintain industry regulations
- Collaborating with teams to manage and inspire others in navigating complex situations
- Leveraging Oracle E-Business Suite for compliance advisement and governance framework development
- Conducting compliance reviews and audits to uphold professional and technical standards
- Building meaningful client connections to anticipate needs and deliver quality solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics, Business Administration/Management, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Risk Management, Statistics, Systems Engineering
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Security, Identity, Governance, Risk Management, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) security domains
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and compliance technology
- Utilizing analytical thinking and data analytics for informed decision-making
- Developing policies and guidelines within regulatory compliance frameworks
- Embracing change and learning agility in dynamic environments
- Managing compliance program implementation and oversight
