Compensation & Incentives
- Earn $0.55 - $0.69 CPM based on experience
- Regional drivers earn an extra $0.10CPM on top of base CPM rate
- Average 500 miles per night
- Safety bonus opportunities
- Additional pay for extra stops
- Premium 6th Day Pay of $200, plus applicable mileage and other bonuses
- Temporary Sign-On Bonus of up to $3,000

What You'll Do
- Operate a tractor with a 53-foot van trailer throughout designated regions.
- Deliver freight from distribution centers to stores and depots.
- Complete routes consisting of 95% Drop & Hook freight, allowing you to spend more time driving and less time waiting.
- Maintain compliance with ELD requirements, vehicle inspections, DOT regulations, and company safety standards.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensure equipment is operated safely.
- All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL License
- Minimum of 1 year of all-weather CDL A driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major accidents
- No alcohol or drug-related driving convictions
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Working knowledge of DOT rules and regulations
Physical Requirements (ADA)
- Sitting: 90%
- Standing/Walking: 3%
- Desk or Phone Work: 5%
- Lifting, Shifting, or Arranging Product: 2%
