Education & Certification
Minimum O-Level qualification
Experience
Some experience in hospitality or tourism is an advantage; training will be provided
Other Prerequisites
A friendly, confident personality with a passion for people
Outstanding communication skills with a forte for making guests feel welcome.
Fluent in English; and an additional language is a bonus to help us connect with guests worldwide.
Energy and enthusiasm given that this guest facing role includes extended periods of standing and moving around the premises.
Shifts include weekends and public holidays, so flexibility & adaptability is key.
Availability of 3–4 days per week for at least 3 months
