You are someone who believes the core of hospitality is customer service and you are a true follower of the same cause. Being an honest, reliable, and confident person, you know how to handle multiple tasks at the same time and are able to do so with a friendly, warm personality.
Desired Criteria
- Understanding of the hotel and hospitality sectors.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Well-presented with keen attention to detail and cultural sensitivity/awareness.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite of programs and knowledge of Opera Property Management System.
- Previous front office, customer service and/or sales experience in a hotel environment.
- Demonstrated customer complaints management/resolution experience.
- Demonstrated experience building and managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Cash handling and transaction processing experience.
- Flexible to work AM, PM and Night when required
This role requires successful applicants to undergo a Criminal History Check and must have the right to work in Australia.
