We are looking for a dedicated Carrier Performance Manager to lead our third-party logistics (3PL) partner relationships, directly elevating performance and customer satisfaction. Working side by side with our logistics partners, you will continuously identify opportunities to optimize operations, drive innovation, and boost efficiency. With a firm focus on the end-to-end delivery journey, you will lead the charge in making HelloFresh Logistics truly best-in-class.

What You Will Be Doing:

Performance & Cost Management

• Own 3PL relationships, driving performance, customer experience and cost efficiency.
• Analyse carrier KPIs, using data and tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau and AI to identify improvements.
• Manage delivery risks and crises to minimise disruption.
• Lead supplier negotiations, contract management and cost-saving initiatives.
• Partner with Finance to manage budgets, rebates and claims.

Innovation

• Develop data-led solutions to reduce delivery errors and improve customer experience.
• Evaluate and onboard new delivery partners based on performance, service and cost.
• Work cross-functionally on initiatives that improve customer experience and retention.
• Use NPS and Trustpilot feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop courier reporting through AI, BI and automation.
• Support logistics projects and long-term strategy planning.

Who You Are:

Must have:

• Experience within the logistics industry, ideally within a retailer or logistics company. B2C final mile experience is preferable. 
• Advanced experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets. Demonstrated experience of using multiple sources of data on a daily basis to gather insights. 
• A clear demonstrable track record of improving logistics KPI  performance using data to challenge and measure. Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset is a must. 
• Strong problem solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving challenges. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating our egoless DNA value daily. 

Desirable:

• Experience working with perishable products and the differences in final mile process required
• Contract management experience negotiating terms and conditions with third parties 
• Industry relationships within UK final mile carriers and  tech providers
