As a Candidate Experience Admin at Databricks, you'll be the engine that powers our in person recruiting efforts, focusing on physical logistics and execution to deliver a smooth, error-free onsite candidate experience. As one of the primary points of contact for candidates visiting our offices, you'll partner with Recruiters, Sourcers, and hiring teams to deliver an exceptional, high-touch interviewing experience.

The impact you will have:

• In person in one of our hubs: San Francisco or Mountain View office, 5 days a week
• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for candidates, managing timely, professional, and friendly communication (written and verbal) to ensure candidates feel supported throughout their journey
• Build relationships and trust with the broader Talent Acquisition team, cross-functional partners, and hiring stakeholders
• Manage physical logistics and in person candidate experience, maintaining an active day-of presence to oversee candidate greetings, manage room changes, and perform live troubleshooting
• Coordinate interviews, prioritizing high-touch, time-sensitive scheduling needs, and hiring experience
• Contribute to and identify data-driven improvements and ad hoc projects that enhance our recruitment processes and candidate experience programs
