What will you be doing?
As a Candidate Consultant, you'll focus on identifying, engaging and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.
You'll:
- Identify and engage specialist professionals within the US data centre market
- Build and develop long-term relationships with candidates and industry professionals
- Speak with candidates to understand their experience, career goals and opportunities
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
- Build and manage specialist talent networks and candidate pipelines
- Develop a strong understanding of the US data centre market
- Work closely with experienced consultants supporting major US-based projects
- Use technology and recruitment platforms to manage your candidate network effectively
- Become a trusted point of contact for candidates within your specialist market
This is a people-focused role where you'll spend your day speaking to professionals, building relationships and developing your expertise within a specialist industry.
You don't need recruitment experience
