How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Au sein de la Direction des Opérations du site de Lons, sous la supervision du Responsable Unité Qualité, vous animez la démarche qualité au quotidien pour les ingrédients actifs cosmétiques et pharmaceutiques, et contribuez ainsi à assurer la satisfaction des clients de Seppic.
Vos principales missions :
- Garantir l'application et l'amélioration du SMQ selon les référentiels cibles
- Gérer les risques et interrompre la fabrication ou livraison en cas d'écart majeur
- Animer la démarche d'amélioration continue et piloter les Groupes de Résolution de Problèmes
- Libérer les lots (matières premières, produits intermédiaires et produits finis)
- Gérer les réclamations, déviations et valider les demandes de modification (Change Control)
- Coordonner les activités de qualification/validation
- Effectuer le suivi des CAPA et coordonner les Revues Qualité Produit
- Préparer et réaliser les audits internes et externes (clients, fournisseurs, certifications, inspections) puis assurer le suivi des plans d’action
- Animer des formations pour développer la culture qualité
- Apporter une expertise aux équipes commerciales et marketing pour répondre aux questions des clients et autorités
Are you a MATCH?
Diplôme : Bac +5 scientifique (école d’ingénieur ou université) ou Pharmacien(ne)
Expérience professionnelle significative dans l’industrie cosmétique ou pharmaceutique
Connaissance des référentiels qualité : ISO 9001, BPF Partie II, ICH Q9, EXCiPACT, EFfCI
Maîtrise des outils digitaux (ERP, logiciels SMQ, MSP, BI)
Anglais professionnel impératif
Qualités personnelles : autonomie, rigueur, capacité à travailler en équipe, capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes, orientation client
