THE JOB:

As a Busperson & Runner for BetMGM Sportsbook & Bar at Park MGM, you will play a vital role in fueling the high-energy, dynamic atmosphere of our premier sports viewing and betting destination. You will keep the excitement seamless by ensuring that your assigned section and tables remain in pristine, sanitary condition—swiftly clearing dishes, replenishing polished glassware, and stocking side stations with everything our guests need to enjoy the game. Working in perfect lockstep with Food Servers to guarantee the rapid, efficient delivery of game-day favorites from the kitchen straight to the tables, your proactive teamwork and dedication to cleanliness will create the ultimate, worry-free environment for sports fans to enjoy a winning guest experience.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.7618 Hourly + Tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner

• Clean and sanitize all equipment

• Keep floors free of debris and spills

• Sweep and mop floor, and empty garbage, as required by the venue

• Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station

• Clean and sanitize tables and chairs

• Retrieve orders the warehouse and stock storeroom

• Assist with proper stock rotation

• Run food as required by the Department

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• 1+ Years of prior relevant experience in a restaurant as a Bus or Food Runner preferred

• 1+ Years of prior relevant experience in a fast paced, high volume restaurant operations experience
