As a Business Systems Analyst & Integration Specialist you will support software and product innovation work within our Software Engineering practice by helping design, develop, and integrate business systems that support digital transformation and improved business performance. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach junior professionals, manage client service workstreams, and use sound judgment to navigate complex priorities while maintaining quality, timelines, and delivery expectations. In this role at PwC, you will apply your technical and business knowledge to analyze system interactions, coordinate project planning and execution, and contribute to solutions that support client needs and broader business goals.

Responsibilities

- Leading business systems and integration workstreams across software design, development, testing, and deployment activities
- Translating business requirements into technical integration approaches, application solutions, and process improvements
- Managing project planning, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and issue resolution for multiple client initiatives
- Guiding teams through requirements analysis, system development life cycle activities, and solution architecture decisions
- Reviewing application integration patterns, API management, and CI/CD workflows to validate technical alignment with delivery needs
- Coaching team members on coding standards, troubleshooting methods, and quality assurance testing practices
- Supporting client discussions to clarify functional needs, technical constraints, and implementation priorities
- Identifying opportunities to streamline business processes through software engineering, automation, and digital tooling
- Promoting code review discipline, documentation quality, and consistent delivery of maintainable application solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart


Integration & Technical Leadership 

Good knowledge on enterprise-wide EDI (X12, EDIFACT) and API integrations with customers, partners, and 3PL providers 

Lead end-to-end integration architecture and execution for strategic product launches and business initiatives 

Develop reusable onboarding playbooks, technical mapping specifications, and integration frameworks 

Supply Chain & Operations Optimization 

Manage Order-to-Cash (OTC) workflows, including order validation, pricing verification, and fulfillment allocation 

Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks; optimize operational KPIs (OTIF, Perfect Order Rate, Order Cycle Time, Inventory Turnover) 

Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow optimization across supply chain functions 

Drive initiatives that generate cost avoidance and operational efficiency improvements 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Logistics, Revenue Operations, and Sales teams 

Gather requirements, align stakeholders, and translate business needs into technical solutions 

Manage customer implementations and post go-live support 

Testing & Quality Assurance 

Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for integrations and system implementations 

Ensure data accuracy and system integrity through rigorous validation 
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, systems integration, or supply chain operations 

Demonstrated expertise with EDI/API integrations and enterprise data flows 

Strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes and supply chain operations 

Experience with enterprise applications (Oracle, Salesforce, etc.) 

Process mapping and workflow optimization skills 

Excellent stakeholder and vendor management abilities
