  • Synthesize large, complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.

  • Independently prepare and present executive‑ready materials for leadership reviews, planning forums, and cross‑functional discussions.

  • Serve as a thought partner to senior leaders, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and strategic inflection points.

  • Monitor and interpret key industry, technology, and business trends to inform Gaming strategy and long‑range planning.

  • Drive alignment across cross‑functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Product, Operations, Sales) on assumptions, data, and strategic direction.

  • Lead and structure workstreams for strategic initiatives, defining objectives, success metrics, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Apply structured problem‑solving and consulting frameworks to ambiguous, high‑impact business questions.

  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and quality review of work produced by junior strategy team members (without direct people‑management responsibility).

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four‑year or Graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Typically 10–15 years of relevant experience in business strategy, strategic planning, management consulting, corporate strategy, or related analytical roles.

  • Demonstrated experience leading end‑to‑end strategy workstreams and influencing senior stakeholders.

  • Strong background in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and executive storytelling.

  • Consulting experience or equivalent internal strategy role strongly preferred.

  • Experience in technology, consumer electronics, or gaming ecosystems is a strong plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English

Adaptability & Learning Agility

  • Demonstrates curiosity and continuous learning, including the ability to ramp quickly on new domains or industries.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Builds strong, trusted relationships across cross-functional teams (Finance, Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations).
