The Opportunity

As a Business Services - Product Management Intern, you will immerse yourself in the dynamic world of product management within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will engage in supporting teams and participating in projects that drive innovation and efficiency across PwC's client-facing businesses. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to the development and management of product portfolios, from ideation to launch, confirming market relevance and customer satisfaction.

As an Intern, you will focus on learning and gaining exposure to PwC's practices, supporting teams with basic tasks, and participating in projects. You will observe professional work environments and contribute reliably to the team's success. This position emphasizes the importance of adopting a learning mindset, appreciating diverse perspectives, and actively listening to enhance your personal development.

Responsibilities

- Supporting product management teams in developing and managing product portfolios from ideation to launch
- Participating in the creation and refinement of product roadmaps to align with organizational goals
- Assisting in the analysis of market trends and customer needs to inform product strategy
- Engaging in business process modeling to enhance product development efficiency
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for competitive analysis
- Contributing to the development of business cases to support product initiatives
- Applying agile methodology principles to support iterative product development cycles
- Observing and learning from experienced professionals to gain insights into product management practices
- Assisting in the preparation of user guides and documentation to support product launches
- Actively listening and accepting feedback to improve personal and professional growth

What You Must Have

- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
- Client service intern positions are considered entry-level roles. Candidates are typically in their third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Design, Engineering, Engineering and Business, Industrial Design, Management Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or Statistics
- Preferred cumulative GPA: 3.3
- Preferred major GPA: 3.3
- Leveraging AI to create efficiencies, innovate ways of working and deliver distinctive outcomes
- Participating in product management projects from ideation to launch
- Supporting internal business services with technology and innovation
- Engaging in agile methodologies for product development
- Demonstrating active listening and communication skills in team settings

The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
