Additionally, the position involves participating in detailed user and task analysis to accurately represent business requirements, ensuring that solutions are well-informed and effectively address organizational goals. The role demands a thoughtful approach to process improvement and cross-functional partnership to drive successful outcomes.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights and foster consensus among diverse teams.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their understanding of business process architecture.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong expertise in business process modeling and documentation techniques.
- Experience in analyzing complex workflows and identifying opportunities for process optimization.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable process designs.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems and integration points related to warehouse management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
