Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes that align with organizational goals. This role requires creating comprehensive documentation to support the implementation of new processes and technologies. The professional collaborates closely with various business units to define product requirements and develop use cases that address both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes participating in detailed user and task analysis to accurately represent and fulfill business demands, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency across teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives and expectations.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes effectively.
- Experience in documenting complex workflows and translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and technology adoption.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate process designs and requirements clearly.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and user task analysis methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
