Summary:
As a Security Consulting Practitioner, your day involves engaging closely with clients to understand their unique business protection needs. You will play a pivotal role in shaping their security strategies, designing tailored solutions, and offering expert guidance to enhance their cyber resilience. This position requires a proactive approach to advising clients throughout their security journey, ensuring that their organizational defenses are robust and aligned with evolving threats and business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of security initiatives with client requirements.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging threats to provide up-to-date advice and recommendations.
- Assist in the development and documentation of security policies and procedures tailored to client environments.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Good To Have Skills: Security Architecture Design.
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance standards.
- Experience in implementing and managing governance and compliance tools within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
- Familiarity with cyber resilience concepts and strategies to mitigate security risks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
