We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Specialist to support the ongoing operations of the Support organization.
The role combines department-wide operational ownership with administrative support for the department Chief, and includes responsibility for events, budget management, vendors, systems, and ongoing organizational needs.
Responsibilities- Manage ongoing operational activities and projects across the Support organization.
- Lead the planning and execution of global Support events at scale, covering venues, travel, vendors, logistics, budgets, contracts, and on-site coordination.
- Own the department’s annual budget planning and ongoing management, including spend tracking, forecasting, reporting, budget utilization, invoices, financial visibility for leadership, and the implementation and ongoing management of the supporting budget-management solution and related financial processes.
- Manage initiatives arising from Regional Councils and other Support programs, including prioritization, stakeholder coordination, execution, and follow-through.
- Manage operational systems and tools, including implementation of new solutions and ongoing coordination with vendors around renewals, contracts, licenses, and commercial needs.
- Provide leadership visibility across key operational initiatives, including progress, priorities, risks, dependencies, and budget utilization.
- Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, HR, Travel, IT, Workplace, and other internal stakeholders.
- Own additional department-wide operational needs, such as senior leadership visits, employee travel, office seating changes, and other organizational initiatives.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the department Chief, including calendar management, travel arrangements, invoice and expense approvals, meetings, and follow-ups.

- Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and global teams.
- Ability to understand operational context, translate needs into clear actions, and proactively manage risks, blockers, and dependencies.
- Excellent English and Hebrew.
