Your Impact

You will be primarily responsible for sales operations activities working closely with multiple cross functional teams across Sales, Finance, Operations etc. You shall be responsible for:

• Managing end-to-end New Year Readiness process across accounts transfer, target distribution, SHARE hierarchy, goaling & compensation
• Managing business governance & cadence incl. QBR, QBO and other business metrics
• Providing change management support for any new operational / GTM processes and systems
• Identifying “sales operations improvement initiatives” and building actionable plans that can get executed

• You are fact-based and hands-on with data and analysis where needed while also utilizing existing standard methodologies wherever possible.
• You have strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with people from all cross-functional teams
• You are keen to learn and grow and you’re not afraid to take on new challenges
• A standout teammate – you have your team-mates’ back and you also know how to have fun

• You have an AI-first mindset: with strong interests in automating workflows and processes and you are familiar with data analytics tools + AI tools like Claude, Github, CoPilot etc

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years in a sales operations, program, project or functional management position.
• High analytical and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Cisco Sales Operations basics: Tools/Systems and Process
• Ability to interact with multiple cross functional teams; Works effectively with regional and global teams.
• Excellent program & project management skills
