About the role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective role-based training programs to CoreLogic employees across all levels, including corporate staff members. This role involves facilitating training sessions designed to enhance our associates' skills, knowledge, and performance in using CoreLogic platforms and processes.
Who are we?
The Managed Learning Services (MLS) team provides dedicated and specialized services to different clients, working directly with TELUS Digital and external clients to identify business needs and deliver solutions that target performance gaps, strategic opportunities, and business challenges.
Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions using various instructional techniques and formats, such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Monitor and report on trainee progress and performance.
Provide feedback and support to trainees to ensure successful learning outcomes.
Track and analyze course evaluations and training program effectiveness, identify trends, and adjust training materials based on feedback and training results.
Support the program during periods of low facilitation by assisting with tasks such as analytics or learning coordination as needed.
Communication/stakeholder relations
Skilled at navigating team dynamics while also capable of independent/self-driven work.
Ability to present during meetings and flex the communication style based on current needs (stakeholder, project, team, business, etc).
Ability to communicate daily and negotiate with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver on agreed-upon timelines.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to develop job aids, document business rules, etc.
Create and/or implement methodologies to standardize work
Attend weekly calls to provide updates and check projects' progress with the Stakeholders
Plan and manage time to ensure timely delivery of tasks and exceed quality expectations from Stakeholders
Maintain confidentiality and build effective relationships with other internal departments within TI as a whole

Qualifications
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Client/Stakeholder Management - Required
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in training and development (Facilitator) - Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and engagingly.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness using data and feedback.
