  • Deliver small‑to mid‑sized BI reporting initiatives and manage associated change requests in line with agreed priorities and timelines.
  • Design, develop and maintain small to mid-sized analytics and automation solutions (e.g. BI logic enhancements, Power Automate flows, analytics pipelines), in addition to providing functional support and maintenance.
  • Maintain complete documentation and governance for all BI reports and digitalization solutions, including business logic, data sources, and dependencies.
  • Track and manage all change requests for BI reports and digital applications, ensuring version control, traceability, and release documentation.

  • Provide user training and ongoing guidance on BI reports and digitalization products to promote adoption and effective usage.
  • Support AI‑driven initiatives, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and larger digitalization projects through data preparation, analysis, and reporting contributions.
  • Engage regularly with teams across regions and offshore to understand business processes, evolving requirements, and opportunities for analytics and automation.
  • Manage and maintain the BI reports repository in Azure Storage, ensuring structure, accuracy, and regular updates.
  • Administer licenses and manage access to the Power BI reporting environment, balancing security, performance, and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with IT Security to ensure data collection, storage, and reporting solutions are secure, resilient, and compliant with company policies.
  • Coordinate with third‑party service providers and internal IT teams to configure and maintain API‑based data integration pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance with IT change management, cybersecurity, and data governance policies.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices by participating in relevant technology forums and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
