Job description & summary

As a Business & Integration Analyst in Technology Consulting, you will lead business and integration analysis activities across digital transformation and system implementation projects. Acting as a bridge between business and technology teams, you will help clients translate strategic objectives into practical, scalable solutions.

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather, assess, challenge, and document business requirements.

• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technology-enabled transformation.

• Translate business needs into use cases, process flows, data models, interface definitions, and integration specifications.

• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and technology leads to design and deliver integrated solutions.

• Support system implementation projects from analysis and design through testing and deployment.

• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solution design.

• Coordinate requirements across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.

• Support testing, validation, and change management activities throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Create high-quality project documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and interface specifications.

• Contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale transformation programmes within the Financial Services sector.

What matters to us

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, integration analysis, or system implementation projects.

• Understanding of integration architectures, APIs, and data exchange formats such as REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.

• Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, core banking solutions, or similar) and related integration scenarios.

• Experience working on projects within banking, financial services, or fintech environments.

• Fluent Czech and English language skills (C1 level).
