Job description & summary
As a Business & Integration Analyst in Technology Consulting, you will lead business and integration analysis activities across digital transformation and system implementation projects. Acting as a bridge between business and technology teams, you will help clients translate strategic objectives into practical, scalable solutions.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather, assess, challenge, and document business requirements.
Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technology-enabled transformation.
Translate business needs into use cases, process flows, data models, interface definitions, and integration specifications.
Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and technology leads to design and deliver integrated solutions.
Support system implementation projects from analysis and design through testing and deployment.
Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solution design.
Coordinate requirements across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
Support testing, validation, and change management activities throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Create high-quality project documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and interface specifications.
Contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale transformation programmes within the Financial Services sector.
What matters to us
3+ years of experience in business analysis, integration analysis, or system implementation projects.
Understanding of integration architectures, APIs, and data exchange formats such as REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, core banking solutions, or similar) and related integration scenarios.
Experience working on projects within banking, financial services, or fintech environments.
Fluent Czech and English language skills (C1 level).
