Summary:
As a Business Function Implementation Lead, a typical day involves orchestrating the comprehensive execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall performance of a designated business function. This role requires overseeing the entire lifecycle of implementation activities, ensuring that all efforts are closely aligned with the evolving needs of the business. The day is filled with coordinating cross-functional teams, analyzing existing processes, and driving improvements through thoughtful design or redesign of workflows and organizational structures. The role demands a strategic outlook to ensure seamless integration of changes that support the business objectives and foster continuous improvement across the function.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to optimize business function performance.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between stakeholders to ensure clarity and consensus on project goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based service models and their application in business environments.
- Experience in managing end-to-end implementation projects within complex organizational settings.
- Ability to analyze and redesign business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
