About the Role

As a Business Development Manager – NetApp solutions, you will be responsible for growing the NetApp business in Romania. You will work closely with NetApp, partners, and internal teams to identify new opportunities, drive partner engagement, and execute business growth initiatives.
 

You will play a key role in developing the local partner ecosystem, increasing pipeline, and supporting the adoption of NetApp solutions across the Romanian market.
 

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute business growth plans for the NetApp
• Infrastructure & Hybrid Cloud portfolio in Romania.
• Build and manage relationships with NetApp, partners, resellers, and key customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and drive pipeline growth.
• Support partners with business planning, solution positioning, and go-to-market activities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to increase demand and market awareness.
• Monitor pipeline, revenue, and business performance to achieve business targets.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in business development, sales, channel management, or partner management within the IT industry.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, hybrid cloud, storage, or enterprise solutions.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with sales targets, forecasts, and business plans.
• Fluent Romanian and English.
