Your Mission

As a Business Development Lead within Accenture Song, you help clients unlock new opportunities by identifying strategic growth areas, building trusted executive relationships, and developing commercial propositions that bring together the full breadth of Song's capabilities.

You will work at the forefront of marketing transformation, commerce, customer experience, and digital innovation, partnering with senior decision-makers to shape complex opportunities and turn ambitious ideas into market-leading outcomes.

Your Daily Work

• Create opportunities that matter. Identify, originate, and develop strategic opportunities across marketing, customer experience, commerce, content, digital products, and business transformation initiatives.

• Build relationships at the highest level. Establish trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders and C-suite stakeholders to understand their priorities, challenges, and growth ambitions.

• Shape differentiated client propositions. Bring together creativity, data, technology, and industry expertise to create compelling solutions that address complex business and customer challenges.

• Lead commercial deal development. Develop commercial strategies, structure multi-service engagements, and guide opportunities from initial qualification through successful closure.

• Mobilize the best of Accenture Song. Collaborate with strategists, creatives, designers, technologists, customer experience experts, and industry specialists to deliver winning propositions and sustained client value.

Who You Are

• Proven track record of winning and growing complex client engagements by positioning integrated portfolios of marketing, digital, commerce, customer experience, platform, and transformation services.

• Demonstrated success driving substantial revenue growth, expanding strategic accounts, and closing complex opportunities with senior stakeholders.

• Deep understanding of the agency ecosystem, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and client buying behavior across marketing, experience, and digital transformation services.

• Expertise in creating differentiated value propositions and connecting multiple capabilities into integrated client solutions with clear business value.

• Strong experience in commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, deal shaping, and the successful structuring of complex multi-service engagements.
